There is extensive research now that supports the effectiveness of Mindful practice in everyday life. Mindfulness can be practiced by both adults and children.
Q : What should I expect in Psychotherapy? The initial session is a 45-50 minute session, at which time information is gathered from the individual(s). Subsequent appointments are typically between 45-50 minutes long and are made on a weekly basis. At the end of each session, Dr. Datta will typically suggest homework or structured practice of new skills and techniques. Each new session includes a review of the homework.
